Greetings jerks! If you did what you were supposed to do upon signing up to receive text notifications, you may have read the opening funny manga panels of Dusty Dirty Days #1 (and if you missed out on the free offering of our creative hard work, well, you shouldn’t have been sleeping on our obvious sales funnel). Check it out–we turned that ridiculous opening story into an animatic, which is basically the final step of pre-production before fully animating an anime or cartoon. As usual, Justin is the brilliant artist and animator, working his butt off for your benefit (and for free–mind you), and since his time is valuable–you know, having to do things like buying food and paying rent–be sure to show him some love (and by that, I mean buy a DDD tee–subtle, right?). Here it is folks–Dusty Dirty Days: METAMORPHOSIS (the animatic)! Enjoy!

About the Artist
So, who is the imaginative mind who created the dust bunny sisters and their wacky world? Well, he’s a grown man named Justin Raimey and his travels to Japan inspired the creation of Dusty Dirty Days. He’s seen a lot (and I stress the words A LOT) of strange and wonderful things during these trips, and Dusty Dirty Days is a reflection of these experiences. The concept of gijinka is an especially prevalent theme displayed in Dusty Dirty Days. What is gijinka, you ask (here’s a tip–anime bunny girl)? Check out the video below to find out.
So, as you can see, Justin is an interesting cat, and somewhat of an anomaly in the entertainment industry. He’s a Black manga and anime artist, as well as a Black anime game developer (download the pre-alpha demo to his game, Alien Up, here. As his brother and partner in creation, I’m proud of everything we’ve accomplished thus far with our characters, stories, and properties, and we both appreciate you supporting our work, because being creators ain’t easy.
This party doesn’t stop at Dusty Dirty Days! Check out our other series that we post weekly!
